For JS Held's Cincinnati office, our primary focus was aligning the space with their established brand identity while also accentuating their local expertise and showcasing their portfolio of projects within the Tri-State area. To achieve this, we introduced new environmental graphics alongside a subtle renovation, infusing the office with a fresh and inviting ambiance. Our strategy aimed to optimize costs by strategically allocating higher-budget designs to high-traffic areas and collaborative zones, ensuring maximum impact.
Innovative die-cut vinyl installations were used in the conference rooms to offer varying levels of privacy, promoting adaptability to the evolving needs of the space. This versatile approach allows seamless transitions between office, meeting room, huddle space, and event venue, maintaining fluidity in functionality.
